Job Type: Independent Contractor – Virtual

The Career Coach is responsible for providing high quality career services and guidance to professional clients, providing clients with personalized career coaching within the structure of proprietary CareerToolboxUSA programs, facilitating the completion of career and social media processes for clients’ professional success, and refining the processes that comprise those programs.

The position acts as an Independent Contractor working within CareertoolboxUSA’s standards, and in cooperation with a team of Career Coaches delivering career services to clients.

Skills Needed:

  • Coaching and communication skills working with mid-level to executive-level professionals
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Strong resume/LinkedIn profile writing skills
  • Microsoft Office familiarity, organizational and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of social networking tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work tasks and client interactions
  • Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
  • Coaching Certification preferred
  • 5-10 years of career counseling or coaching experience

Social Media Administrator

Job Type: Independent Contractor – Initially Onsite

The Social Media Administrator implements social media strategy, coordinating with Social Media Manager and/or clients to ensure effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques.

  • Manages social media campaigns by executing day-to-day activities
  • Influences presence in social networking sites including LinkedIn,
  • Facebook, Twitter, and other similar sites, commenting and seeding
  • content into social applications as needed
  • Acts as an advocate of the client in social media spaces, engaging in
  • dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media
  • programs, and analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of
  • campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Creates baseline and progress reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness
  • Responds to trends in social media tools and applications
  • Completes other duties as assigned

The position acts as an Independent Contractor working within Social Business Strategies’ standards, and in cooperation with a team of Social Media Administrators delivering services to clients. Will report to a Social Media Manager.
